I work Monday to Friday 7.30am onwards and opening on a Saturday morning at the moment is a useful and helpful thing. Service is helpful. My scores are based on Saturdays remaining open. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

Disappointed to hear the Yarm branch will be closing on Saturdays as this is the only day I can get to the town. Why not shut on a weekday or instead leave it open on a Saturday morning?. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024

I was very upset to received a letter stating that the Yarm branch will be closing on Saturdays. There was no consultation with members. As someone who works full time this is really difficult for me and am considering closing all my accounts and moving to a building society that does open on a Saturday. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
