I had a very positive and very satisfactory experience with the advisor today. I achieved everything I had intended complete from this meeting. Visited branch to make appointment to open savings account for non-existing customer via PoA. Told to bring photo ID, PoA documentation but not told of need for ID for account holder. Caused some inconvenience and an additional visit to branch. Reviewed on: 22nd May 2024
