Opening an online account I needed to contact (by e-mail) the Building Society regarding a query. I received an immediate response from an extremely helpful member of the team named Simon. He insisted on staying online until I completed my online registration. Which was in fact very straightforward. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

Fabulous service, always!

Colleagues in the Society go over and above to get the right outcome for every customer. I know my money is safe and always accessible, and there are no gimmicky headline rates which drop to very little after a year, DBS products are consistent.
