Excellent customer service and Sue was very helpful in explaining about the different accounts. There is never a rush to get anything checked/sorted-out which is also very good. I don't think anything needs improving really. Reviewed on: 5th March 2024

Contacted DBS to enquire how to draw some money to pay for a house improvement venture. I was guided through online banking by a helpful gentleman called Simon McCabe. I was able to transfer money into my current account without having to drive a 40 mile round trip from where I live. Reviewed on: 5th March 2024
