Today opened 3 accounts, plan 2 more next week (needed paperwork/certificates). Like the human interaction and good service. Improve the passbooks to be updated from Cleveland to correct county of North Yorkshire. Add coloured stickers /stars on passbook covers to indicate type of account. Marketing department has overlooked this county change on computer template. Today I had an appointment, not counter service, and Karen was excellent. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2024
