Friendly, efficient service, everything explained to me, options given, product met my needs. Like the fact that it has a local branch and several other branches in the area. I was intending taking out a F.R.B but the interest rate had fallen in a week whilst awaiting an appointment hence less likely to recommend DBS. Luckily I was able to achieve a better rate with an ISA following discussions with the staff. Reviewed on: 29th February 2024
