I watched a video at the Halifax and our conversation was recorded, it saved the staff going over details with every customer. Also when making ab appointment, customers sould be informed that rates can fall as well as increase between making the appointment and the appointment taking place. I fell for this in January when rates dropped. If appointments for disabled people could be made at head office access would be so easy, i.e. on the flat. A wheelchair to your Tubwell Row branch is the worst in Darlington, my parents moved to Newcastle Building Society because of the easy access to branch and they had an account with you for 70 years.
