Getting On -Line

I was having a frustrating time trying to get registered for on-line dealings. Phoned and spoke to your consultant Jeanette Bowes. She calmed me down and with remarkable patience and pleasantness eventually got me registered. I am knocking on in years and sometimes getting to grips with security matters proves irritating. Accessing my account on-line

I was having considerable difficulty in registering for on-line access to my account and in desperation I phoned the Society and spoke to Jeanette Bowes. She showed remarkable patience and tenacity as she guided me through your security requirements until eventually getting me on-line. Moreover she was very articulate. I have to commend Jeanette for her pleasant manner and patience. Wish that there were more like her.. Ageing technophobes like me are not the easiest people to deal with!. Very patient gentleman

Simon from Darlington building Society rang today to help me set up my account online. All I can say is what a patient and understanding man he was. He stayed on the phone with me until it was set up and didn’t get at all irritated at the number of mistakes I made. It was a pleasure speaking to him and what an asset for your company. Oneline serices

Telephone call with Simon was fine. New Darlington on line not good from my point of view as it is not as easy to use and does not allow (as the old version did) withdrawals from 40 day notice account with loss of interest without sending instruction through a secure message.
