Telephone call re new web site

I had a problem re-registering on the new web site. I rang and spoke to Simon who I found very helpful. He talked me through the whole procedure and we successfully got me re-registered. I am not very computer savvy so it was good to be able to talk thorough things with someone who understood the situation. It was also helpful to talk to someone who spoke English as many time when you make telephone call you end up speaking to foreigners which makes things even harder to understand.
