As you will NOT allow members of my family to take out a special occasion saver like me, scoring "0" is generous. It would tick a "minus figure" if there was one, If you change the rules to allow family of long standing customers then it would go up to 10! Being unable to visit I spoke over the phone to avoid the risk of Covid. Amy was a "shining example" of helpful and friendly service. Sadly not always the case in the past. She deserves 11 out of 10 and I hope to hear a senior manager has personally thanked her! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2021
