Attempted to open a savings account.

I saw the Special occasions account in the window of Redcar branch. I asked for specific details,and was given a thick,wasteful pack of information. An appointment was made,for me to receive a phone call at 10am in place of a face to face advisory. I felt that I could manage to fill in forms, but they insisted. No one called me,and no one picked up when I rang at 10.10. Waste of time & bad manners. Worst experience from local finance. Reviewed on: 24th September 2020
