Review of the Dial Direct, Home Insurance:

I am very disappointed and will do my best to damage their reputation as much as possible in all media sources.

I am very disappointed and will do my best to damage their reputation as much as possible in all media sources. At the renewal, they gave me a 50% higher price without making any claims never. I said I don't agree with the price and they offered me a around 10% discount online to approve. I called them and said that I do not agree and the person at the reception gave me a price a little lower but higher than the previous year. I accepted lower price, but they charged me the price was actually even higher than the one I initially disagreed with. It was Friday evening at around 9pm when I received the SMS, and after 00:01 it had to be renewed. I couldn't get in touch with anyone because they don't work at that time and even on the weekend, I immediately sent an email but I haven't received any answer even up to this moment.
