great customer service

Don't fight your corner

Had a non fault accident with the 3rd party claiming I was at fault. All the evidence (especially the damage to both cars and the fact that 3rd party admitted to being in the wrong lane) pointed at it not being my fault. Diamond didn't argue my case and it ended up 50/50. Will not use again. Reviewed on: 20th July 2017

Expensive and disloyal to returning customers with unjustified price increases

They clearly do not care about retaining customers. When it can to renewal quote they wanted to charge me almost 3x more than the year before no reason. No claims where main on the policy and no circumstances changed they where just being greedy when i called to cancel they tried to talk me into stay but could not match any where near the low quotes I was getting from every other company accept them! Diamond have been a Diamond

I have been with Diamond on and off since I started driving 10 years ago. Unfortunately I've had 2 accidents, none of which were my fault and Diamond dealt with everything fantastically. I could not recommend highly enough. The only reason I've left previously is due to their renewal price being more than other competitors. Reviewed on: 18th July 2017

One years no claims in 10 months is great for a first time driver

I went with Diamond for my first car insurance as they were reasonably priced and offered a years no claims for 10 months of driving. Hopefully I'll never have to use it but I read reviews that said they were great in the event of an accident. Easy set-up and was covered within four hours. Reviewed on: 18th July 2017

Poor customer service

I had a problem with one payment and they told me thet would cancel my policy or pay the remainder, well I told them I couldn't afford a lump sum so was told I could just not pay, the policy would lapse and that would be it. Only after a few months they then asked me for another payment due to the lapsed policy, so I was outright lied to. They are still hounding me for payment, not good for a new mum who is very tired anyway. Reviewed on: 16th July 2017

Diamond Car Insurance

Diamond car insurance beat my previous insurer by £60 a month! This was a massive saving for us. I have used Diamond several times in the 6 years I have been driving and I have never experienced a problem. Reviewed on: 7th July 2017

Very helpful

I suffer panic attacks and when I crashed my car I was so scared to phone up the insurance, but I did and they were very reassuring and I wouldn't worrry about doing it again. Everything was straight forward. The claim was sorted quickly and no hassle at all. Courtesy car was great, claim was paid quickly (it was a write off) Reviewed on: 4th July 2017
