Poor service and uncompetitive prices

When I rang on 9.7.24 to enquire about a renewal, I was told someone would ring back- no one did. It was obvious the call person was simply fobbing me off to another department. Great customer service and prices over a 10 year period for my BTL portfolio

Discount Insurance are efficient and priced very competitively. I have 10 BTL flats with them and have made 2 claims in that time. They have been helpful and paid out each time. Planning to get landlord emergency cover with them now. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023
