Manish sorted it all out

I had two separate policies and put them in a combined policy this year. That caused a mix up I have had several texts and emails nagging me to renew even though I already had and then the documents didn't come through but today Manish sorted it all out for me which took a while but he stuck with it until everything was sorted.
