An online app so we can track our daughters account more easily. The opening hours of the branch mean when you work full time, it's not easy just to 'pop in'. Reviewed on: 31st May 2022

I contacted Dudley Building Society to open a new account by transferring funds from a maturing account. I found the advice provided by Becky on the main society number very helpful and efficient in advising me of the process to open a new regular savings account. Reviewed on: 21st May 2022
