Opening a new monthly saver ( now my fourth !

Opening a new monthly saver ( now my fourth ! ) was an enjoyable experience. Unlike other saving companies i ‘ve had a experience of I was able to complete the application ( which was done for me ) / make the first monthly pay-in by direct card payment all in the one brief trip to my local branch . Jo at the Perton branch was very friendly and helpful in completing the admin. And getting the saver set up straight away. I will definitely be taking up future savings accounts with Dudley Building society ( as long as the interest rates remain competitive ! ) Reviewed on: 27th July 2026

I initially called on the phone with a query, that was answered efficiently and an appt was arranged. The Assistant (Safiya) kindly arranged to complete the necessary forms such as to complete the process in a timely and efficient manner.
