Dudley BS - Excellent

Just helped my wife roll over a cash ISA to a new one. Did it by post as that's what she likes. Service from the Dudley was excellent as always. Rates competitive. Very happy to recommend them as a first class place for postal savings. Reviewed on: 26th July 2026

Our visit to Kingswinford branch today

We had need to go into the Kingswinford branch today on a matter that we were finding stressful. Carol Davies went out of her way to find what we needed and put our minds at rest. We cannot praise her enough but to be honest we have always found Dudley really helpful without being pushy. We would definitely recommend anyone to place their trust in them.
