Not great for online accessibility

Probably a great Building Society to deal with in-branch, but as an internet customer it was very difficult to access statements online and none were ever posted to me. I didn't even receive a passbook which made closing my account quite tricky. I was told there was a glitch with the system which prevented me from seeing my transactions but this remained unfixed for weeks. Would not open another online account with Dudley.
