Good interest rates, confusing account titles especially at maturity and reinvestment

Your letter says: Your 1 yr Reg Sav Inst 2 account matures..... This account will be transferred on maturity to our One Year Regular Saver Instant 2. I have criticised this several times but you never improve your wording to make it less confusing! Reviewed on: 24th September 2018
