Megan excellent, the Branch service is disappointing.

I found Megan very helpful, though was not informed about the need for a Passbook in setting up a Trust savings account. I was also disappointed that despite stating that a payment needed to be made to HMRC by the 31/01/25, confirmation that the account was open was sent to me by 2nd class post on the 7th January, arriving on the 12th. Megan then informed me that the passbook was to be sent by 1st Class post together with a return envelope. It arrived today, 24th January having been sent 2nd class by a Branch office, without a prepaid envelope. Georgia is now sending me the prepaid envelopes. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

Trust Account

I needed to set up a Trust account, and compared to other organisations that offer this service, the Dudley Building Society was outstanding. From my first phone call, submitting the application form and other information by email, to electronic checks, the service I have received is amazing. The Building Society provide passbooks to record transactions. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

Best I could find for a Trust Account

Used DBS for a Trust Account and not only were they the most accommodating of this need but were always easily reached on the telephone where one quickly got through to a real person. Only drawback was that it was a passbook account. Reviewed on: 5th January 2025
