Great app... But everything you need is behind a paywall, and you get hassled everytime to signup when using the app. Reviewed on: 9th April 2023

Clear breakdown of where the money goes

5
Emma is the first service to clearly breakdown my spending over a month and shows me how to reduce those costs. The friendly and intuitive interface makes the app feel friendly and weekly email updates keep me feeling in the loop. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

What the old banks should have done years ago

This is a great little app that allows me to keep track of my spending, reoccurring payments and much more. I now feel I have better control of my money, the last time I had something like this it was msmoney Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Just epic

It's rare that I leave a comment for products but this has easily changed my view on money saving apps. Helps me manage my budget so well and I love that you can set the monthly cycles to any day you like. It also introduced me to Pension Bee which has made my pension consolidation easier to complete. This is easily a 5 star money management app. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Best app to keep track of all your accounts and spendings

5
Emma is an amazing app, with a great user experience and overview of all your current and savings accounts, credit cards and investments (currently only crypto wallets and robo-advisors) and their respective transactions. Aside the overview it also offers really useful statistics and reports, including subscriptions and paydays. I strongly recommend the app. Especially if you're the kind of person that's able to watch and manage your money alone, or simply dislike chatbots, without a "smart assistant" like Cleo etc. this app should be your choice. But also I have to say that I don't think the paid subscription is worth the money, yet. Especially because manual accounts currently can be set to their current amount, no transcations or anything. Incredibly useful to see everything in one place

5
I downloaded the Emma app after hearing about it on money box live. The best thing about it is being able to see my savings all in one place, to get an overall picture rather than making a boring and time-consuming spreadsheet myself! Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Beyond helpful, Emma is my one-stop for tracking my financials

5
Emma has been almost life changing when it comes to managing my finances. No other app provided the features I neeeded, but Emma has done that and more. I've already recommended to many friends and will continue doing so, purely because it's made such a big difference in my life. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Emma, where have you been all my life!!

5
Fantastic little app which makes it quick and easy to see how.im.doing with cash. I can sit down at the end of the day and see how well I've been doing (or how badly) and try to make plans accordingly. This app is just what I've been waiting for! Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

Best bar none!

5
This is the best money management app I've tried, and I've tried a few. I'm retired and have 4 pensions. Emma allows me to set paydays for each one. It makes it easy to see where my money goes and to set budgets accordingly. I've contacted the help a few times and have always received a quick reply and helpful advice. I just get the feeling that the team behind Emma are committed and enthusiastic about what they do. Great app Reviewed on: 25th January 2019

The best financial advocate app in the out there!!

5
Emma is by far the most intuitive financial advocate mobile application out there. The interface is simple to use and the information you get about your spending habits is incredible. I can view my daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly spending habits in line, bar or pie charts. I can tag any expense and group them into any category that I see fit. I can add the date of when I get paid and I receive daily notifications of my account balance. All these things are very useful especially if you want to become better at managing your finances. No bank or building society will do this for you because it's not in their best interest to highlight any overdraft fees that they charge. Emma makes you aware of these ridiculous high fees! Emma forces you to think and you start getting into a habit of keeping track of where your money is going. It's liberating to have an app that is on your side. I can even keep track of my cryptocurrency investments. I have linked my coinbase and binance accounts to Emma. They are adding news features every week which is very rare in the finance app space. For example, I first used Yolt which is backed by a big bank and they haven't updated their features in over a year. Emma seems to get what people want from a money management perspective. They show you what you want to see in a way that is easy to interpret and understand. Please keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 25th January 2019
