Very helpful staff

I have experienced excellent customer service when I have had to update my policies and for other queries that I have had. The phone service was fast and the advisors are really friendly and helpful. Also I have been able to insure several expensive items such as a laptop, phone and violin for an extremely reasonable price. Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019

Affordable and Comprehensive

Very reliable and easy to use

Very helpful team

When I rang up a year ago looking for a suitable student gadget/possession insurance, these guys were so helpful and made me feel like I was making the right choice. They went through all the policies with me and helped me chose the perfect one for myself. I have just ended my policy simply because I am moving out of the country but when I rang up to cancel they were super helpful and didn't try to push me to stay and renew my policy or take out a new one. It's clear these guys have a lot of customer service experience and really do take in account your current situation in order to help you find the right policy. I will 100% go with these guys again when I'm back in the UK!! thanks so much for making my time as a student stress free where insurance is concerned!!!! <3 :) Reviewed on: 3rd July 2019
