A thoroughly professional, quick and helpful service

The attention to detail was first rate. The customer experience was focussed on providing a solution as quickly as possible, in a professional manner, whilst considering all the options. The focus also wasn’t just the here and now with a forward loom to future options for payments should circumstances change. Overall they were very professional, accommodating, and helpful. I was really taken aback by how informative the person dealing with my phone was. They were professional, considerate and answered all of my questions.
