I found Evolution to be well efficient and thorough...

I found Evolution to be well efficient and thorough when it came to my application. Customer services were very friendly and well informed in their services. The only downside to taking out a large loan was that the interest rates are ridiculously high and that was off putting for myself but I guess when you really need the loan than I guess you are willing to take that risk.. The only lender able to help!!

Evolution money are the only lender willing to lend to people having used the Help to Buy scheme. The scheme was a great chance of getting on the housing ladder but trying to use the equity in the house was impossible as we couldn’t raise the mortgage. Evolution money gave us a way of massively reducing our monthly outgoings and improve our lives! Reviewed on: 9th June 2024
