Review of the Explorer Travel Insurance, Travel Insurance:

Great support, clear comms, easy to extend my policy

I bought this insurance for a multi-month trip. I needed to extend my insurance for an extra month and it was incredibly easy to do using their customer support at a reasonable cost. Due to being overseas at the time, they were okay with my parents paying for the extension and calling to organise it. I can't recommend them enough. All communication was prompt, clear and easy to understand in simple English. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

easy to arrange

found the whole experience of buying a policy easy with an excellent quote which beat all others. Thankfully I did not have to claim, so can't rate them on this aspect Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
