Happy with everything

This is a perfect bank account for online banking but also for those of us who want someone real to answer with a polite ‘hello’ when we ring. Easy to use and excellent customer service. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Consistently the best

Been using the 1st account successfully for 30+ years. This account offers an an extra bonus of a small free overdraft and also a savings account opportunity of around 5% per annum. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

A really easy way to bank via an app and online

Efficient and helpful bank

These days, what with bank transfers and credit/debit card payments, I find no need to visit a bank branch in person. Consequently, virtually all of my banking needs are done by telephone and getting through to First Direct is always quick and without any problems. The receptionists are knowledgeable and always very pleasant to talk with. I usually pay tradesmen and others by bank transfer these days, and it takes only a few minutes to discuss my requirements. The payment then usually goes through on the same day. I highly recommend First Direct to anyone considering a new current account. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Best customer service ever
