I have been a customer of First Direct for 34 years...

I have been a customer of First Direct for 34 years so I know this bank very well For 33 years I often recommended it to friends but this past year then service has completely collapsed. I am constantly having to call them to sort out problems and their attitude is not helpful. They are sliding down the ratings and I am not surprised. Reviewed on: 29th October 2025

They are with you 24/7 at the end of a phone line with a UK based call centre. On the rare occassion when I need to talk to a real person my problems are simply dealt with and I feel like I am talking to a friend.
