1st Account

I've had my 1st Account for about 6 years, and I've always been happy with the service from First Direct. I'm able to call 24/7 for any queries I have, and staff have always been very professional and friendly. Unless you prefer a physical branch, I would recommend First Direct to anyone. Their app is easy to use, and like that I can search for specific payments to keep on track with my budgeting, and download previous statement to compare. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Excellent Customer Service

I changed to First Direct as I had heard good things about their customer service. I agree, they are great! It's all online and if you do need to use their telephone banking, it's efficient and quick. While I can't knock the app for logging in to banking, it's a bit of a pfaff on if you need to access transactions older than a month as you need to log on via the laptop and the security is seems much more complex (only because it's all linked biometrically on my phone, making it quick & easy) for that reason, I haven't given it full stars on recommending to friends and family. Friendly Bunch

I have been a First Direct customer for only a few short years but they will have me for a few years to come. The app really does all my day to day banking for me and I can see what is happening with my money at my fingertips.
