Brilliant service with no judgement

I struggled to get car finance due to my credit rating being low due to personal circumstances in the past and the advisor went through everything with me to make sure the finance was affordable and he understood my past situation with no judgment. From the very start of the car buying experience I felt like a valued customer and customer service is second to none , this is the second time I have used First Response and I told the dealer of this my second car that I would not use his Finance company only First Response , he was a bit reluctant at first but I said then I won't buy the car , after a short phone call with First Response I walked away with my car. One of the best things about First Response is you never have to wait for your call to customer service to be answered and the staff are extremely polite and you actually feel listened to and they are very patient when explaining anything.
