A excellent team of people helping gain the car I need to support my disabled wife, nothing was to much for them, even when struggling to pay the repayments, they changed my policy to weekly to try and help, which it did. Easy car finance

Contacted first response car finance around 8 years ago as at the time was struggling to obtain any finance, there rates are lower than alot of other companies out there but still reasonable, been with this company ever since , why go anywhere else if your happy. Customer Service

I've been buying cars with First Response over the last Ten years plus I won't go anywhere else because the level of customer care provided is excellent to say the very least. Natter what life has thrown me ; I can say for sure that, they go very far t accommodate my needs atany time ; and that without a doubt I will not have been able to get a car partly because I disabled. Every time I replace the cars I have been able to get , I've been gradually raising the bar in order to get a newer and better car which cares for my needs. Can't say fairer than that... sine i joined first responce 4 years ago they been great with me i bought a car form a car dealer in derbyshire the dealer sold me a dodgy car fist responce help me loads they paid for mazda in derby to check car out and found the car unfit to drive i got my money back the team was always there for advise ive now bought my 3rd car no hassle great customer service so glad im with them any problems they are there for me Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
