Customer orientated

I’d be off work since before the first Covid lockdown and couldn’t pay the finance payments, instead of repossessing my car, they worked with me and I resumed payments when I did manage to get back into work, I asked to make extra payments to work away at the arrears and they were happy enough to work with me due to the circumstances.
