I experienced ill health a number of years ago and my credit file was affected, First Response look at individual circumstances and took my ill health into consideration, showing compassion. Was recommended to try these guys for car finance as I'd struggled elsewhere. After a conversation on the phone with documents shared I was given my budget and let loose in the 2nd car market world. I could go where I wanted and get what I wanted within reason. 3 days later I had my new car. It's as simple as that, and you're not made to feel like a fool because you've had credit issues in the past. Spoke to as a person by a person not a script reader and that makes a world of difference. Would highly recommend First Response to anyone needing car finance. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2022
