Scored 10 for customer service as 11 is cringeworthy and sounds so insincere. I can without doubt recommend First Response as they didn't just let me throw myself off of the deep end out of my depth. Questions on eligibility cost-wise, terms and length of contract terms left me feeling that id made a sensible choice based on fact and not on wishes. Reviewed on: 11th June 2025
