Great company

I have had First Response to finance all my cars over the years, my Husband has also been a customer, he also had a loan from them, they are a great finance company, easy to keep you up to date on their website, and if you have any problems they will deal with them promptly for you, could not ask for better . Simply amazing

Finding a car finance provider was always extremely difficult until one day I came across first response. I would never use any other provider in the future knowing the customer service is great, they offer affordable re-payments, any time you call in they always have the time to talk and listen and are understanding. amzing customer service, treat me like a person and not a statistic or report on a computer

I was at first apprehensive about using first response finance as i had been rejected by many companies due to poor credit from a long time ago. I know currently have a good job and am in complete control of my finances but my credit rating still holds me back. The lady who i spoke over the phone treat me like an actual human being and asked why was in the situation and how it happened she then asked about my finances and made an instant decision i had a car within a few days of this phone call I was over the moon... it changed my life as t is also improving my credit score. i would like t say a personal thank you to first response finance and especially the lady who i first spoke to.
