Very professional and on the Ball

Bought a motorcycle from a well known dealer and because I used First Response on numerous occasions I set up the finance through them instead of the dealership finance. Got everything in place and received my motorcycle the next week. When I got the bike it had a fault and had to return to the dealer. I phoned First Response and told them the situation who were right on the case helping me resolve the issues with the dealership. Unfortunately I had to get a refund and cancel the agreement which First Response helped me with, phoned me when they said they would and where courteous and professional at every step. Fantastic company couldn’t get help with anyone eles as I got really bad credit but these guys helped me get my dream car an even when I couldn’t afford my payment one month did everything they could to help me pay it thanks again guys recommending to anyone an everyone to go these guys brilliant job they do Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
