Me and the garage I got my van from had trouble with a previous finance company by accepting me and the refusing to give the finance because of a computer glitch left me and the garage in a bad place I had there van and they had no money but they put me though to first response and had my finance up and running in no time, even when I had a week where I couldn’t afford to pay that one week I have them a call and they managed to re arrange my payments a little bit so I could easily catch up again over 4 weeks and didn’t have any issues Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

When I was in need of car finance. Quick. Following my previous car being unrepairable. And me not having the additional funds for the car. The process was very quick from the application to the money being sent to my car dealership. I was very happy when the next day after apication. I was able to pick my car up. This then enabled me to then still get to work. Then when I had to contact first response finance to advise of a change. The lady who I spoke to was very helpful and got the change reported. My Credit History has never really been the best. No company would really touch me, then First Response Finance came along and they have been great, I have now had 2 Motorbikes through them, I had problems with the first bike I got and they were compassionate and took a hell of a lot of stress of my shoulders in the time I needed the most.
