Freetrade is one of those platforms that just works. No faf, no unnecessary hoops to jump through. It’s how all banks should operate. The customer experience in the finance world has long been ignored or derived from “what they think is best”. It is great to see companies like Freetrade come in and shake things up. Stocks & Shares: Simplified

A year ago, I had no idea what to do about buying and selling stocks and shares. Today, my portfolio is up by £2,000. I did that on my own, and with the thanks of Freetrade's super-easy interface and informative customer support. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because order's are not processed instantly, which I can only assume is because the small FT team aren't robots, and need time to sleep. Great functionality, easy to use and excellent customer service

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using Freetrade since I started investing in March 2020. My portfolio was previously held with a bank, but moving across to Freetrade was a great move! The fact that I don’t have to pay fees every single time I purchase shares works perfectly with with my pound-cost-averaging strategy of frequent buying. I’ve been very impressed with the customer service I’ve received, with prompt replies and solutions to my queries. Faultless Comission-free Trading

There is nothing misleading about the name Freetrade. Instant orders and access to an ISA comes incredibly cost effectively. The app work well and looks gorgeous and the team are also there to notify me of key dates or problems before I become aware of them after the fact.
