Fabulous company

Prejudiced against the older car!

After entering lots of information on numerous screens to get my quote, a message came up at the end saying they couldn't offer one. I rang up to find out why, as I have no convictions, never been refused insurance, don't have a high risk job etc, and I was told my car's too old.... As the registration of my car brought up all its details at the beginning of the whole process, it would have been helpful to have had this information at the start. I couldn't find out why cars older than 15 are excluded, and I haven't come across this with other insurers. Room for improvement for Geoffrey - well-maintained older cars with low risk drivers shouldn't be excluded from your policies. Reviewed on: 28th August 2018

second hand car

Brilliant customer service, lovely people, excellent prices

I've been with Geoffrey, and its predecessor name, for about five years now and I just couldn't see myself changing. The staff are super, the prices competitive, and nothing is too much trouble.
