With a Glasgow Credit Union loan, you can borrow up to £25,000. Once you’re a member, you can apply for a loan in app, online or by phone. You’ll need to save at least £10 per month into your Member Savings during the term.

Reliable, fast and friendly service

I've been a member since it was called Glasgow Council Credit Union and kept on my memberships after leaving to join the NHS. I've always had wonderful service and advice when I've been in contact either via telephone, email or in the office. The website and app makes it easy to track where you are at with payments and for requesting additional services. The loan process is fair and straight forward and I'm so thankful to the GCU as I possibly wouldn't have bee in able to get a loan for the size I did (for my wedding) elsewhere. I wouldn't use any other bank for services like loans and I'm considering using them for a mortgage as well. I would recommend GCU to anyone who wishes to save, take out loans or mortgages for their swift, reliable and friendly service. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Always have time for customers

The best credit union by far They always listen to your needs and always happy to help Iv been a member for a few years now and also 2 of my family are members too We all say the same its the best credit union by far During the pandemic I was off work for two months and was worried about how to pay my loan After making a phone call to the very polite person on the phone they explained everything in detail to me that I could use money in my account to make the payments and sorted it for me all the worrying I was doing was gone after one call They are always happy to help where they can and always listen to members I recommend to family and friends Marks out of 10 I give 20 Reviewed on: 1st July 2022
