GCU make the loan process so simple and fast no waiting around the money is usually sent the same day there customer service team are ousting normally and have gone above and beyond during COVID-19 to ensure everything is fine with there customers would never use any other company and I intend on buying my first home through them Reviewed on: 18th June 2020

Best Customer Service in Glasgow

I have been with the GCU since 2012 when I started saving for my wedding. I ended up taking a loan out with them to help pay for it. The rate I got was much better than any bank and the smoothness of the process was unbelievable. I have gone on to use more products over the years and have always found the process easy to follow with a fair decision always reached. All the staff I have spoken to have been knowledgable courteous and super friendly. I would never go back to a bank for a loan again. Reviewed on: 18th June 2020
