FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been a member of GCU having a savings account for over 30 years. GCU put members at the forefront of their business model and provide an excellent customer service. I've had a loan from GCU and they are extremely efficient and this was set up quickly and well managed. They also support the wider community in partnerships. Customer service is number one priority and enquiries dealt with quickly and efficiently. Customers are kept up to date regularly and the website is easy to use and customer friendly. Withdrawal process is hassle free and money is transferred very quickly with the option to pay for fast next day withdrawal payment which is extremely helpful if unexpected expenditure occurs. All in all GCU is a credit to the Financial industry and its longevity is a testament to its popularity and its efficient customer service. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
