I love what the credit union stands for and knowing my savings are helping community causes

I joined the Credit Union because of what it stands for and the way it funds local causes, projects and groups. GCU communicates with members a lot and provides updates on how everyone is contributing to these causes, which is nice in these times when having money sitting in a bank account makes almost no impact in terms of interest anyway, to at least know this way it's doing good. They also have some good initiatives to encourage people to join their board, as well as women's networking, the app, and lots of informative articles on the website. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021

GCU is superb!

My life changed when I started saving with GCU. Having an increasing nest egg to fall back on gives great security. GCU is amazingly user-friendly. Local and friendly

I've been saving with the credit union for years now. It's so easy to save regularly, and because it's not part of my online banking I tend not to dip into my savings too often. Though when I do need cash it's quick and easy to withdraw. I've also had a number of loans over the years. Again these are easy to pay off and I can still put money into the savings account at the same time. Reviewed on: 10th August 2021
