Customer Service Excellence

One of my many jobs was as a contact centre manager. With GCU, I have never been in a queue and have always found the staff member answering to be friendly and efficient. I have often been dealt with by the same person which suggests a low staff turnover, which is also excellent. The product range is perfect for me and I look forward to a long partnership.
