Customer service for me.

The customer service is great. I am at the age were technology can be complicated, however when I had an issue with the app the staff were on the end of a phone to talk me through the whole process. Reviewed on: 17th May 2025

Glasgow Credit Union member for 30 years.

I have been saving with Glasgow Credit Union for 30 years. Their online platform is very easy to navigate and transferring funds is an equally easy process. On the odd occasion that I have had to call the credit union, the staff have been very helpful and courteous. Reviewed on: 16th May 2025
