Excellent

I have had to call a couple of times and each time my query has been resolved straight away so great customer service. The rate for my savings account is great and I’m overall just very happy with credit union. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

Been with GCU since its inception

I've been with GCU since it started and it's been a great service and a good way to build up savings. My only gripe is the lottery, I wish I hadn't bothered with that. Too many members trying to win a small number of prizes. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021
