Cheap but ok

Sabre under writer rip off when moving address .

Moved address and under writer was going to charge half the value of the policy not the £25 admin fee normally charged. Customer services I could not fault, also the claims handler was excellent when the car was written off . She was very efficient and helpful in this stressful situation. Sabre under writers need to review their T&C's in order to keep customer satisfaction as I had a much better experience with another insurance company. without feeling ripped off when I had to amend my policy for an administration change. After spending over 2 hours of phone calls, 95% of this waiting to actually speak to someone still no resolution as now been told the first 2 advisers misinformed us, total waste of time trying to resolve issues with the company, thankfully only a few more months of being with this Micky Mouse company Reviewed on: 4th February 2016

No choice but to cancel the policy and pay £45

I recently took out a policy with GoGirl and made a typo on the DOB of an additional driver. The DOB was one year out (1955 instead of 1956). They flagged the error and wanted to charge me £43 to change or £45 to cancel the policy. Outrageous. Reviewed on: 4th February 2016

Price increased after paying, £175 more or £45 to cancel.

Shocking service and poor attitude from customer services. Renewed online and paid in full for a premium to start on the 20th February. Received an email saying price should be £175 more, I decline and request refund but am told that its £45 to cancel even though its not due start for another 15 days and its them who have moved the goal posts not me. Had the price not changed I would not cancel so whose in breach of contract here I wonder? My advice is to avoid them like the plague! Reviewed on: 4th February 2016

absolute and utter joke of a cowboy company

After receiving a call whilst I was out saying that GoGirl needed to speak to the policyholder (myself) after a few days of takiugn hte insurance out. However, I now find myself not being replied to, hanging on the phone for literllaly almost hours at a time all the while these cowboys threaten to cancel our insurance within 7 days if they can't speak to me! Why was this even issued in the first place?! I would sort it if this company had more than what seemed like 5 people working there. Joke, cowboy company. Will be sure to get out of here as ssoon as possible. WHAT a mistake going with these jokes. Reviewed on: 30th January 2016
