We originally went to Good to Go because we couldn’t get cover for my husband’s health condition. But they have excelled themselves in every other way- courtesy, explanation and price included. Customer service excellent when getting a quote for annual travel insurance. The customer service team clearly explained which of my ongoing medical conditions would be covered and which ones won't since I was on a long waiting list after being referred by my first spinal consultant to see another spinal consultant who might be able to do my 6th spinal operation from the front instead of doing the operation from the back where I've had multiple failed spinal surgery. I wasn't sure where I stood with declaring this as a planned operation or waiting to hear outcome of onward referral. The customer service team gave me assurance that it was worth mentioning this referral but not as a operation that has been planned already. The whole experience of getting a quote, comparing it with other companies and what I needed in terms of long length of stay abroad and my existing medical conditions was competitive and a good compromise. I have always been pleased with our surprise box from Booths it’s a very good idea and it’s exciting waiting to see exactly what’s inside.
