Disappointing that I am advised that my claim will not be supported because my flights were cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. I appreciate that acts of war are not covered, but my claim relates to specific trips in Australia, which I was unable to get to quickly enough to participate in. I could still go and I have been reimbused for flights - so not a part of the claim. Reviewed on: 6th July 2026

Easy to navigate online site; clear and concise information and details easy to understand. Accomodating for customers with medical conditions that might preclude a potential customer with other insurance companies. Professional representatives.

Due to medical history I needed to talk with a representative. The experience was straight forward but took a long time due to my wife and my health problems; but we got there in the end and the operative was patient and understanding although I had a little difficulty understanding due to her accent.
