After having to cancel a holiday this year, my cover was transferred to a similar period next year and staff were so helpful and understanding. Well presented and easy to use website, with details held on file for future use. Really comprehensive medical cover available for all ages, and premiums are always fair. My one claim over many years was dealt with promptly and fairly. I now never look elsewhere. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
