The website was easy to use & the cost was very competitive, considering that an over-70 with a preexisting condition needed to be covered. We have been with this company for a number of years and have always found them easy to deal with and minimum fuss. I think it is best to rate a company not by advert or claims etc. But by how they react when dealing with problems. In this instance due to the current situation, they cancelled ,refunded, and transferred two policy s without problems and are an easy and professional company to deal with.
